We switched from using Survey Monkey to doopoll because of the ease of uploading new polls, as well as the quick live updates it could provide.

We have used the software at the End of Season Dinner with a live feed to an audience of 450 people. This worked really well and we will be looking to do this again for our End of Season Dinner this year.

We have also found it really easy to pull data from the answers, which can be transferred into different graphs that are required for ease of reading.

There is continuous support throughout the initial stages of the contract and there is always someone on hand on the live chat if you're ever stuck!

Steve and the team were really easy to work with from the word go and we have felt completely looked after!

I use doopoll as they are a team that is customer-focused and will work all hours necessary to meet my requirements in setting up a poll before an event and afterwards in providing the data in various ways to be able to disseminate and use amongst my teams.

As a national agency within NHS Wales, we regularly run events that span the principality and frequently use doopoll as a method of interacting with big audiences.

The product is easy to use and easy modify on the fly which is a particular benefit as polls often evolve based on the discussion at a conference. We also use the platform as a method of polling opinions or expectations prior to an event or work programme.

The ability to share a meaningful link and poll name aids delegate engagement and at a recent event achieved 92% response rate – unheard of through other mediums! It's great to be able to support a local dynamic and innovative team.

Welsh Government has used doopoll across a variety of different areas and in many different ways. Dozens of staff use the platform, on work such as gathering unprecedented amounts of feedback, from parents who are choosing a Welsh medium education for their children, for the Cymraeg for Kids (https://gov.wales/cymraeg-for-kids) campaign, to gathering in-depth insight on the success of Dydd Miwsig Cymru (Welsh Music Day).

What's most pleasing for us is that, uniquely, doopoll allows us to create, share, gather responses, and analyse results in the language of our choice, be that English or Welsh. Secondly, we invariably see more response, sometimes 3 to 4 times more, to surveys issued via doopoll, compared to previous platforms we used.

Finally, the support we receive is unparalleled: be it during the face to face onboarding sessions, when doopoll staff facilitate our events or through the real-time online support they offer. All in all we can't recommend them enough!

Since 2017 I have been regularly using doopoll for interactive polling with my students at Cardiff Business School. I was keen to support this made-in-Wales technology and found it has worked incredibly well with large cohorts of students (300+) in the classroom.

Recently, RHA embarked on an ambitious and exciting major regeneration project for a key strategic site in the community. The project will revitalise a prominent site in the heart of the town centre, by delivering a mixed-tenure development over the coming 2 years. With plans for bespoke commercial retail space, co-working areas, affordable homes to rent and, potentially their own new head office, the project is a key priority for their organisation.

But before going too far, it was important for them to understand what the community around the regeneration site thought and to get deep insight into what they wanted from the redevelopment.
Using doopoll, the team at RHA were able to create a simple to answer eight-question survey which got a staggering response rate of 83%, allowing the organisation to have confidence that the data they got back from the community was representative of its needs.
