Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For annual Enterprise level plans we can also issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or direct debit. You can contact us for details.
I’d like to pay monthly not annually, is that possible?
It certainly is! You can manage your package with Billing Settings in your account. Paying annually saves you around 20% each year.
How many licences do I get on each plan?
On our solo plan, you get 1. On the plus plan, you get up to 5 users. On the Super plan, you can have up to 10. If you need more than that, you should message us at support@doopoll.co
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, you can cancel or change your plan anytime. You’ll be billed up until the end of your current billing period, but after that, your plan will not renew.
Do you provide any discounts for schools or nonprofits?
We do. Ping us an email on support@doopoll.co and let us know what organisation you’re with and what you need from us. We’ll do our best to help!
